Well here we are again facing another Friday 13th. This day is just another normal day to me...same old things happening just as if it were any other day. Hows it going with you? Are you superstitious? Does this day have any reason for you to avoid doing what you would normally do? Is there something you will do today that you would NOT normally do? Have a safe and happy Friday 13th

Nothing out of the ordinary for me today, it's just another day, like you said. I don't even feel like there's anything special about today, although I know a lot of people put a lot of weight into these "Friday the 13th" days that we get. I personally don't get bothered. I worked in retail, the day after Thanksgiving is more of a "black Friday" to me than any "Friday the 13th" in my opinion. Now those are some strange days.

It's a Grand day for me, all things rare seem to be more lucky than of a hindrance. Enjoy and appreciate each day no matter the Day and Date. Superstition is as Superstion does, ok I thats a parody of Gump's stupid is as stupid does but its all relative, things are as you think, so if you think today is an unlucky day then it just might be for you. Think it to be a Grand Day and so shall it be. Have A Great Day Everyone!

I didn't even notice the date until I read your post. I think it is a day like every other day so I am not too concerned. I think superstitious people bring on their own bad luck.

AH yes, that is what they try to explain in "The Secret" I do believe that if we think bad things will happen to us we cause them to happen.

Well, I don't really care if it was a really scary day or not. I just live it like everyday.

Friday the 13th, conjurs up horror stories in the mind, spooky goings on, check under the bed before you go to sleep, sleep with the light on! What about those strange creaky noises on the stars, the goose bumps on the stairs. Well i didn't notice until you reminded me. Took the car for it's MOT today and it passed, 1 nil to me. Wife had made a cappucinno for me when I got in. 2 nil to me! No I'm not superstitious. History says that Friday the 13th was the day that the Knights Templars were all rounded up and arrested in France. The leader Jaques de Molay was burned at the stake later after torture (allegedly). I suppose for some, anything bad going on in their lives just cements the notion that Friday 13th is unlucky. Still not going to push my luck just in case!

My only real comment about your post is that "Black Friday" I've always known for the day after thanksgiving... when the traditional Christmas season begins and there are crazy sales! I've never known "Black Friday" as another name for Friday the 13th. I'm more scared of "Black Friday" then Friday the 13th!
