Hey everyone, just wondering if you are a person who is depressed, do you get more urges to drink? And if so do you like to drink at home or go to the bar? Do you feel like you are alive again for that short time till you wake up?

You are so right that worse thing with depression is isolation and idleness together with self pitty. It is so easy to justify for yourself that when you are not well you feel sorry for yourself, that is a normal reaktion for whatever your illness might be. Also it can be justyfied that if you are not well you are not in the mood or shape to get even the most basic things done just as well as its justyfiable that when you are not feeling well you dont feel like wanting the company of others. It is a very dangerous trap and routine to fall into as it is very difficult to break the chain and move on towards geting healthy again.

Well for depression, medicines are not solution. Do Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.
