Best ways to keep in shape~lose afew pounds?????

Hey All! Does anybody have small tips or things that have helped them stay in shape? or that made them lose afew pounds in a small period of time? I use to work in retail managment and I was always on my feet working long hours, my eating wasn't the healthiest.But I found I maintained my weight at 120-130lbs and never had any problems, but now because of bad health i am not able to work~so I was just wondering what others are finding keeps them in shape like a certain exercise, or certain diet anything???? and have any of you got any safe fast ways that can take afew ponds off quickly? that has worked for you???????????? So PLEASE tell me what has or is working for you~tips ,ideas....whatever.(I do know a healthy diet and regular exercise is the best way)But maybe some of you have found different ways....Let me know:)

eating healthy is one of the step and another step is to exercise , that is the way to keep fit , skip one and you will be fat yea
