Is it true that kissing is indeed addictive?

I admit that I have never been kissed before; therefore, I don’t know how it feels. My hilarious friends keep on urging me to accept their offer of hooking me up with someone; but I don’t like that idea. See, I don’t have that kind of sensibilities, kissing someone I hardly know just for fun. Well, my friends said that kissing is indeed addictive. I had to raise an eyebrow to that. Why on earth would kissing be addictive? Or is addictive the right word to describe kissing?
