cant play on pogo

i was wondering if there is help for me.i got a laptop and it works fine ,but it wont let me play games from site.the site loads the room loads but the games wont.what can i do?

Pogo is a java based game and u have to have the latest java download to be able to get the games to play, at the top of the log on page for Pogo is a help section which can help you to get it loaded up correctley. hope this has helped.

i have all that but it wont let me in .even other sites,was wondering maybe i should reinstall everything since it is a second hand laptop

i think thats what i would do if you cant get it to play any game site maby a clean install would be best, as it is second hand you just never know what the previous person had on there or what they did.

Some game are not compatable with certain systems, like yahoo games can't be played on mac or unimax maybe it is a compatibility problem, if not I would suggest you contact pogo they may have a troubleshooter that can fix it.

Is it for your antivirus or something like that? I dont know any other reason though!!!

It might be your web browser as well. Try a different on that may be whats the problem.
