How do you manage to handle all the work at home jobs?

I was just wondering that how can people handle and be active with all the online jobs. I am sure all of you here are working on more then 5-6 sites at the same time, may it be paid forums or PTR sites or smething else. Do you have some kind of routine for it. I tried to make a routine so that I can be active in all sites I work with but it gets messed up all the time, or do you just work with one site or two sites?
