last time i visit to a clinic whih are having both herbal nd aurvedic facility in same one i wonder which one shall i chose although i believe in allopathy for serious health problem for my minor problem like skin and and hair problems soluton i decided to go for herbal one or aurvedic i dont understand the difference between two. as before i think that both are similar and have same solution . i was confused a little bit but i prefer herbal one and now im thinking that it is better if i try aurvedic as it is very famous today and every one is trying it.

Ayurvedic medicine is an holistic approach...it addresses the body, mind & soul, believing that if these things are out of balance, the body gets confused & is unable to heal itself.... Ayurvedic does not focus on a single ailment... An ayurvedic practitioner will use nutrition (incuding herbs),yoga, massage, acupressure & accupuncture, meditation, in order to balance the body`s energy lines...giving it strength to start healing from within...

well ithink you are right herbal treatment is a branch of aurvedic therapy .and herbal means it is only related to herbs and and greens .and ayrvedic is a system like allopathy more than that .
