I can understand the agony you are going through.Eat something as soon as you wake up,even before getting out of bed.Keep a few biscuits or dry fruits on your bedside table with and eat them first thing in the mornig. This will decrease your morning sickness and help build an appetite for breakfast. Also try drinking a glass of cold milk with sugar as soon as you feel a headache coming. It's helped me and I hope it helps you too.

Are you getting migraines? When I was pregnant with my last one, I got terrible migraines. When you take tylenol, you can sometimes get what they call rebound headaches. My doctor told me to take 2 tylenol and 2 benadryl AS SOON as I felt a headache coming on, then to go to sleep. It worked. It got me out of the cycle of rebound migraine headaches. Make sure you check with your doctor to make sure he/she wants you to take this, before you actually do.

I'm a migraine sufferer, and I'm afraid I don't have many suggestions for you since you are pregnant. But I have this sleep mask. It goes around my head and has a band to go around the circumference of my head. But the band keeps the mask tightly to my face. So when I have a headache, I just push the mask up to my forehead, and let the tightness of the band kind of compress my headache. This doesn't always cure it, but it does relieve some of the pain. You wouldn't necessarily need what I have, you could use like a really tight headband. Anything that will tightly circle your head. I hope I have helped. : )
