How to get rid of tummy fats?

What kind of workouts are effective to get rid of tummy fats? How often do you do it to get quick and the best effect?

Welcome annabanana85 & Welcome to Mylot;P I wish I could have a guaranteed solution to get rid of tummy fat but I don’t…lol…all I do when I see that my tummy is beginning to swell….lol..I usually do sit ups about 40 every night before I go to bed and I also cut out the soft drinks that I usually drink for about two months. Within two months my tummy doesn’t get flat but it show a reduction in fats. Good Luck

Liyan97 i read from the magazine that the most effective way to tone up muscles is to workout 6hrs before you go to bed. it doesnt really work if you're exercising just before you sleep.

Well, i really don't know how what the magazine is basing it;s information from, I can only share my experience! If you feel like it would be a waste of time then so be it but I honestly loose my tummy within two months, when I exercise EVERY NIGHT.

Exercising soon before going to bed may help you have a pleasant night's sleep. The increase in body circulation from exercise increases brain metabolism somewhat. This in-effect causes an easier transition to Stage IV sleep (the stage of Deep Sleep). That may help you feel more rested during the night. Oh, by the way that is not all guaranteed though. Did I mention "night terrors" (as opposed to "night mares") occur in stage IV sleep and so does "somnambulism" (sleep walking). So exercising just before bed time may not be good for every one ;)

well fflate i've started doing pilates . . . which is effective inreducing tummy fat and other fat in the body too1 lol :) try doing crunches and a lot of stretching exercises. a gym trainer would help you out properly! good luck! ;)

I do lots and lots of walking. I also drink lots of walking and running. It is almost impossible to lose weight by sit ups. There is no guick fix for getting rid of tummy fats.
