Also, it will give the authorities power to detain somebody even if he is only a suspect, even after three (3) hours after the incident has occured. According to the government, this law will secure the country from any terrorism activity. In accordance to this, however, the French Embassy has lifted its travel warning in Luzon and Visayas.
