WHO to stop sending contraceptives in the Philippines

The World Health Organization (WHO) declared today that they will stop shipping-in contraceptives in the country and is urging males to submit themselves before a doctor for Vasectomy. But the male population refused to do so because of misconceptions that were attributed to this issue. Filipino male finds themself humiliating if the will be undergoing such operation due to the belief of somehow making them 'less of a man'.
