Writing children's stories

Since this is a community that communicates in writing, I'm wondering what other kinds of writing people might like to do. For my part, I seem to like writing all kinds of things from fiction to plays to poetry to articles. Anybody out there working on anything specific?

If you check the bottom of your page, under similar discussions, you will find installments of a story a friend of mine is writing. There are several people who write. They post at various other sites that pay for content. I also have a friend on here that hosts a forum for creative artists. Not last or least, my daughter posts here from time to time. She would like to work into a writing career. She is taking a writing course and pursuing it. She would like me to do so as well. I find I am often too busy making a living to focus on my creative possibilities. I hope your discussion gets lots of notice, and I hope you like it here on myLot. It is a great place to network with people of similar interests.
