has anybody out there started to take CQ 10? Did you see any improvment? Did you see any side effects? I found one that is vegan as I am a vegeterian and most supplement are made with gelatin capsule. We can't buy it here in Quebec without seeing a pharmacist first. I ordered it on line from the States and the order came in very fast.
