marketingpond website and forum are down?

I have been trying to access the program list in marketing pond but I couldn't login since yesterday. I am wondering if other people are experiencing the same problem or my account has been canceled. I am just trying to find out the names of the two programs that have been added lately and the ones that have been deleted. Thanks!

Did you get this resolved? I saw an update yestereday where Valerie explained that due to an old setting she had entered, the server didn't have enough capacity and so the site crashed. After some work tracing the cause of the problem, Valerie corrected the wrong setting and things are all good now :-)

Hi kiwibee. I can log in to the marketing pond account now without any problem. But today I got an email about marketing pond updates and she gives a link to cick to see the update.. Well, I can access that. It seems that it is in the forum and when I hit log in and give the exact username and password it says that I have entered a wrong username or password which is not true... I have accessed the forum many times in the past using the same username and password (which I even noted in a notebook where I keep all websites logins). Do you have the same problem accessing the forum? Thanks kiwibee and take care!

Yes, it happened to me too. Well, from memory I think it said I didn't have permission to view that page. Maybe I'm too laid back but I just thought ahhh so what, and closed the window :-)

I just posted about this as well. I can't get in either. I keep getting an internal server error. Hopefully it comes back up.
