When my daughter was in daycare she came home one day and said she needed to take some money with her the next day to buy God's sister a present. She meant one of the nuns who occasionally visited the children!

Hey there dalhousiesteve! “Kids say the darndest things” is so true! I have three kids and they all can be pretty funny at times…lol.. This morning we were watching television and my nine year old son saw the “asrtive” college loan commercial, he came up to me and said “here, I wrote down the internet address that I saw on TV can you please log in so that I can apply for a $40,000.00 loan and I will give you $20,000.00!”….lol…I swear I busted out laughing! This afternoon my five year old daughter had just gotten ready, we were going to the movie theater with my cousin. My cousin walked in and said “you know Mariah, you are really beautiful” she then turned around and said “I know because that’s what everybody tell me”…lol… My youngest who is turning two likes to say “man, you’re not my friend every time she doesn’t get what she wants…lol..But the funniest thing she ever said to me was “go, go pee pee now”…lol..because I am potty training her and once when I got up off my seat and my legs were sweating, she assumed that I peed my paths and told me to go pee pee now!....lol…

LOL omg I couldnt narrow it down to one or two things with my kids...they are 12 and almost 14 now and throughout their lives they've done NUMEROUS comical things and said some pretty hilarious ones too...Especially my son who is a total comedian...

When my son was around age 6, he asked me if I would take him with his girlfriend on a 'date.' He also wanted to know the following: What should I do on a date? What should I wear? Do I have to kiss her? Is it okay if I take her to McDonald's or Chuck E. Cheese instead of a big adult restaurant? Can you (Mom) sit at the back of the theatre so everyone won't know I had to get my mom to bring us to the movies? Do I have to give her a flower or something? LOL

My friend, mom and I was sitting around one day talking about her new kitten and my five year old daughter said "The kitten was just being a Bas%^rd" I was so shocked. We all three yelled at my daughter. I could not figure out where she got that saying. The next moring my husband let the cats in to eat and called them that name. I found out where she got that name.

When my son was about 8, after a bath he would wrap a towel around his waist jump out from the hallway, yell, flash everyone and wiggle his body. Then run to his room and hide. He came up to me one day and said he wanted to be a male stripper when he grew up.I knew he was just trying to get a reaction. I put my arm around him, smiled and said" Honey, as long as you do your best, I'll be proud of you no matter what job you do".Poor little boy was heartbroken.

My daughter went to a co-operative preschool. That means the parents work as parent/teachers a certain number of days per month. One day she was sitting with one of the mom's and she felt the need, for some reason, to tell this lady "my daddy farts when he sleeps".
