Hows your wife or how are you as a wife?

I have been a working wife and now I am a stay at home mom. When I was working my husband and I just pretty much split the household chores and things worked out well. Now, my husband still helps a great deal with stuff around the house because we both believe that my full time job is taking care of my son and providing him with life enriching experiences. If housework goes undone because we spent more time at parks or doing craft or educational activities then it just has to get done later. With my husband being used to helping out from my working days, it still seems to work out very well for us.

I am a working wife. I do the best I can. I keep up with the grocery shopping and laundry, but I don't keep our apartment as clean as I should nor do I cook as much as my husband would like. But I don't feel too bad because I am the bread winner right now as he is in graduate school. Plus we live in a tiny apartment that is hard to keep clean, because we have too much stuff. When we move (hopefully soon) into a house, I will be a better housekeeper.

I try to be the best wife I can be. I am not a working wife, I am a stayathome mom, and although I slack on my household chores, I keep hubby satisfied sexually and emotionally, and I think that is what's important. My husband tells me I am the best wife he could have ever asked for.
