Most embarassing LBM moment

I just heard this from a contest in a radio and partly inspired by the numerous TV commercial of one of those medicine who treat diarrhea showing people being hit by diarrhea in a inconvenient situation and place. We can never really tell when and where our stomach will be hit or affected by this, though there are symptoms but most of the times we are caught unaware and unprepared. So let's have a memorabilia by sharing those funny and embarrassing moment we have with loose bowel movement (LBM) or diarrhea. Any one wants to share their experiences?

every morning i experienced a stomach problem. i trained myself to dirt every morning so it won't slug me all through out the day. but sometimes it really persist though ive already had my toilet.
an experience happened to me last summer when im on my training days. i was, of course, to impress my superior for a good job. during the training, you've got be efficient in everything. but then one morning, we were instructed to log in by exactly 6:30 in the morning but then here comes this stomach problem of mine. so i have to excuse like 15mins to ease yself. well that really suck 'cause i have to explain to my superior that i have to go to toilet, not to pee, to dirt. haha..
