Do you keep a video diary?

When my baby was born I started keeping a periodic video diary of our daily adventures. Once a month or so we'd all get together and tape some of our regular daily activities. Now, almost four years later, when I look back at the tiny person that my daughter used to be, I'm so thankful that I was able to capture those rare and precious moments before they were gone. Of course I wish we'd been able to get more video footage, but I suppose we did the best we could. And, I was wondering, does anyone else keep a daily video diary? How often do you watch the footage?
