Is CitizenRE a Scam?

There's an organization called CitizenRE that will let you rent solar panels for your roof. I think they mean well, but they haven't posted a press release in months and the factory that makes the solar panels isn't even built yet. Has anyone dealt with this company?

It is a company and I have been studying for their test. Go figure I owned solar panes and wind generators for years and have to pass their test. They are in wind up mode. no pun intended. As long as they ask for no money from me it will be not considered a scame. They have high hopes and their goals are attainable. I have a couple of people interested in those panels, wish me luck to past that test.
When I rebuild I might have some built by them. It will be all in the timing. Keep in touch with me if you continue your association with them.
