Ok, right now I am in a position where I am dating someone online, which she's a member on here to so she might see this as well and respond to it for me.
I have known her for a year or more know and from the first day I actually met her online I had good feelings about her. I thought she was smart, funny, attractive (from the only picture I have seen so far) and just down right a very nice woman in general.
I am in a situation right now with taking online college courses, being a Chat Moderator in the room she owns, dating her, playing a game together with her and a few other things as well. For the first 7-8 months that I knew her I kept my mouth shut about things and didn't actually tell her my true feelings for her until I could find them myself and gain the courage to tell her. In about April of this year (2007), I got up the courage to tell her from talking to another friend that we both share. Good things happend from that date and we are now together and have been together since a few days after I told her how I truly felt.
The situation I am in right now is finding the time and money to be able to eventually move to where she is and get to know each other for real before anything serious really happens. I have been looking around on several sites and haven't had any luck with finding some sort of way to make money online from home. I was referred to this site by her, but you only get a few pennies here and there from doing these discussions, I also work for ChaCha, but that doesn't pay well either. I signed up on a site called Agloco, and the viewbar always seems to have to be updated and then won't update on it's own, or the pages are always down to login.
So, is there anyone out there that have been in this sort of situation in the past or present time that know of some ways to make a little cash and get things rolling?

I am not sure what kind of ways you want to make money, but if you want to look at my blog, there is a link in my profile. It has a bunch of sites that I use and have made pretty alright money on (considering it doesn't take much time or work) Good luck!

I can't speak for making money online. I only make about $20-30 per month doing various activities online. It's mad money, nothing more.
But I can speak about internet relationships, since I married my online honey. And I'm here to tell you that what seems like one thing online is something else entirely in person. You haven't met in person and have no idea what this person is really like. When people meet they're on their best behavior and it's not until the new wears off in the relationship that you find out the person isn't who you thought they were. (And I've met people who went to meet people from chat rooms who literally weren't who they said they were--they gave false pictures, lied about their lives, etc, and the poor fool who moved his entire life across country was left with nothing).
I think you're better off visiting each other and getting to know each other really, really well before packing up your life and moving for her. My husband and I knew each other online for a year before we actually met, and spent another year visiting each other before finally making the decision to get married. We've been together for 8 years now and we're happy, but I know of a lot of people who met people in chat rooms and got together and they made each other miserable. So be careful.
