Ancient Art for appraisal and sale

I am Mrs.Daljeet Kaur from Central India.One of the Art Collectors of this region has collection of Paintings of both Indian and European origin, most of them of pre 1900 era.I want to sell them on his behalf and want to get their appraisal. Wherever I contacted the charges were quite high. I heard that there are some websites which do the appraisal free of cost. Could you please suggest few sites which provide free appraisal and put them for sale.
