Learning German--------a very very very hard work!

Hello everyone! At present i have been learning german. Before i do this, friends tell me that german is one of the most difficult langues in the world. I did not believe it. Well ,when i enter into the german temple by myself, i find that i lost myself in the atmosphere of complex grammar. My God. what's more. i learn it by myself without any teachers.
Is there someone learnd or mastered greman. i need your help and experience!

well, I want to work in a german corproation after graduation, so i have to learn it. you can speak german, my friend?
