we are having bopp film unit.there is hard crome steel lubricating plate fixed. over which chain block rotates continuously. on lubricating plate five ports of microholes are drilled through which oil supllied to chain block for lubrication. plate hole connected through block which is having thrading of 1/8 & tube connection of 4mm which is the only accesible area while rotation . lubricating ports get chocked in running.so there is increase in torque & current of drive. if u have solution that we applied through 1/8 by 4 mm connector in running line to dechocked the hole & to make proper lubrication.
