India is World Largest Fibre Optic Cable producer now !!!

Reliance an India based company has purchased YIPES (US based company. YIPES was the World's largest fibre optic cable producer but now it is sold for US$ 300 Million. The Chairmain of Reliance said the YIPES owned fibre optic cable lengthing to 22,000 Km all over the World. Reliance will invest about $ 1000 Million in the company to increase the production more to fulfil the global market needs. Fibre optic cable is the fastest cable in the World now on which data can propogate. Fibre optic cable is also the backbone of today's Internet.

Wow!! its great friend.... hopefully they will do very good business for this YIPES from ow..... how about the market in India for this fibre optic cable?

As far the Indian market is concerned the fibre optic cable will be very cheaper and all the information technology will boost. Fibre optic can give upto one to two GB of bandwidth and when the organizations, colleges, homes will be using it, the economy, manpower, literacy will sure boost up.
