Editing Age Of Empires characters

How many people here change their characters strengths and weaknesses? My son has went so far as to create classes of characters that are nearly indestructible, for more of a challenge. Does anyone have any favorite modifications they like to make?

All of the characters are given their properties via an xml document, so you can create a copy of the original xml documents in a new folder, change the character's properties, then start the app with a command line parameter for your new directory.

I never change any character ... Age of empires...one of my favorite game... It is my favorite game among the real time strategy of games..i played Age of empires 2 first...Then i played Age of mythology.. I also played the latest age of empires...it is a wonderful experience over the game play... We are waiting for the new one...
