who is better between wayne roonie and tevez?

i believe that tevez is better than roonie.tevez is a better holder of the ball than roonie and equally he uses his sense more than his feet on the field of play,very aggresive with the ball and goes for every loose ball unlike roonie who most times wait for loose balls to catch on.

I think that 2 of them is a good player. Rooney is also good in shooting (maybe better than tevez), so I will be great if they can cooperate together.
