general question

i want to be fit to do 1.5mile run under 10mins 30secs

hello good thinking but this u cant achieve in first 3 to 4 months get up early morning start brisk walking for almost 2 to3 weeks then slighty start running but slowly , try to cover up the distance in 30 to 40 mins for atleast 1 month and after that increase ur speed of running then u will achieve ur milestone have milk with almonds figs and eat raw eggs or mix 3 to4 raw eggs with milk and drink it.
