Is B.E.T showing more rap/hip-hip than anything else?

It seems as though rap music is played almost every day on Black Entertainment Television (BET). We allow our kids to watch these young girls flashing their bodies and swinging their hips, young black boys describing themselves as "Gangstas" and "Thugs." The children will learn from that, and go out in public and act just like what they see on T.V. Gospel shows are played early in the morning when no-one is really up and paying attention. Even on Sunday some hip-hop is playing. Is this what is causing all our young Black people to be sent to jail? Is this what is causing all our young Black people to get low-grade jobs? Is this what is causing all our young Black people disrespect elders? What do you think?
