Cockroach menace !!!

My house is full of cockroaches... every inch... well... they were not there just a month back... but now all small new variety cockroaches... they are entering my computer keyboard, processor, fridge, on my table, dining table, toilet... these are bug-sized and look somewhat like bugs... never seen such type before... anybody got a natural solution for this cockroach problem other using pesticides which have more effect on me and lesser effect on the cockroach !
