I've created it under the "Hobbies that I enjoy". I hope this interest will help those who think that English language is a matter. I do.
Many of us come from countries where English is not the first language in everyday life. Mine's too. I speak Indonesian and Javanese which have different way-of-thinking with any other language. To translate ideas into English I have to do one or two step(s) first: from Javanese to Indonesian, Indonesian to English. So, grammar and vocabulary are really matters!
Well, let's us make this English Corner good for us. Let us help each other to improve this skill.

Your English not bad. You still have a lot to learn i know, but it's not bad at all. But if your aim is to eliminate grammatical errors, spellings, or your diction, indeed you have a lot to improve there. Just keep on writing and using English in your language, written or oral. When you read Engish write ups, try to notice the proper way of constructing words. You're on the right tract, keep it up.

You're right! I have to train my skill both oral and written. I'm doing the last one here at myLot. Unfortunately I speak English very seldom as we do not use English at work. But I'll invite some of my friends to speak English. How important it is to learn this language in the globalization era, isn't it?
You know, in my country Indonesia we are learning English at least from the itermediate school until the first two semesters of the university. But we still do not comprehend it very well. We are less in practice.

Have you ever visited Indonesia? Java is my island, bigger than Bali. I live in Java. My city is Jogjakarta (Yogyakarta) wherein I was born 35 years ago.

Yes, I like this idea and would be willing to add this interest, but I usually answer discussions started by my friends - I hardly ever go to my interest section so I may miss quite a few discussions except if they are from my friends like you.
