Outdoor patios that allow dogs?

My BF and I live downtown Toronto. We take our dog for extra long walks on the weekends, hopefully finding new restaurants that allow dogs on the patio.
Last week we ate at the Korean Bisto on Front, I think it is called Ninth Gate, and it was really good.
Does anyone know of other patios that allow dogs?

I think more restaurants should allow dogs on the patio. Dogs are a part of people's families and should be treated as such. It is a shame a few non dog people can ruin a good thing by complaining about dogs on patios. We had this shop opened here that sold dog treats etc. and they decided to sell coffee to the human companions of the dogs and provide seating. Would you believe that someone complained and now the shop has closed the doors. I think it is sad that dog's are being excluded in so many places. I haven't met a dog I don't like but I have met plenty of people I don't like! Good luck on your quest.

Yes, it is crazy how a few people can ruin things for a lot of people. That is rally sad about the shop closing down. It sounds like a place that I would have liked to go to.

The Artful Dodger on Isabella allows dogs on their patio. It's an English style pub that has some pretty good food. Of course, since summer is over the patio won't be open for long.
