FAKE medicines(60% medicine which we get are duplicate)

In a recent survey it was revealed that 1 out of 3 medicine are duplicate,the covering and paking looks like original.but medicine composition is fake.Isn't a serious concern ?

Where was this survey made? India? Or it's a worldwide thing? I don't think the problem is so big like that, otherwise we'd be experiencing serious problems with medications, and I don't see that happening, or at least not here in my country. Where did you see this?
