Depressed that you're NOT a size 00-just SHAPED like one? We talk different, we look different and we think different. For instance, we may be the healthiest, tallest, slimmest generation to date due to countless scientific advances but we are the ones who most think and complain that we are fat. If we think of fat, then we must be fat. And evenif the proliferationof gyms and healthspas may suggestthat we are a generation attune to and satisfied with our bodies, the opposite is true-or at least truer. People go to the gym because they want to be thin, not because they want to be healthy. Dont you asgree with me?;p We call ourselves fat every chance we get. Workout or no workout, we are constantly overwhelmed by feelings of anxiety and inadequacy in the pervasive presence of the Brad's and Angelina's worshipped by the almighty media. Lol Obsession with in our weight seems to more pronounced in our country where it's scarily normal to stigmatize people because of their flaws. And commercials seem to be the main proponent of this injustice. Lol;p A local soap ad for example would typically go: Is your skin a yucky shade of brown? If so, go buy yourself a romantic life via XYZ whitening soap. So what do you think of this? Do you think people would give up everything just to get that perfect figure they've always wanted? Tell me.;P

I have seen people that did go through so much to get that perfect body. There are times when I think I am fat and start dieting. I know I don't need it but it is the pressure of seeing all the skinny women out there that makes me do that sometimes.
