I can't play Impulse instrument in Ableton6, with Trigger Finger

I don't know what to do, but the editor Enigma has a problem with comunication with FireWire410, when I try to use trigger finger can't play impulse instruments in Ableton, I can't use pads. I don't understand that because with simpler instrument is everythink ok.When I tried to use preset in Enigma editor named Ableton Live Impulse, my computer show comunication error betwen enigma and FireWire 410. Please, if you know how to solve this problem, please let me know. thanx. luk
