I get angry easily, and often, but only at home. I need to swear loud in these cases - because if not I feel I explode.

I admire you that you can control yourself in public because I cannot do that .Whenever and wherever if something made me unhappy, I maybe angry.Sometimes I even have words with my friends ,I know it's not right, but I always find myself easy and happier after that.My god ,how I can take control of myself

In public I can be only upset, but I think mostly people (or I) get upset in public, if I feel that somebody wants to make me fool. If I realize it I get upset, and I try to solve the conflict. Yes, I think my first reaction is always: "let me see what can we do" Why can you be angry for example?

I agree that anger has many ugly sides and that people should try to avoid goinging into angry crazes. Still I feel it is one of our emotions and we need to find an outlet for it. Constantly supressing your anger is not good, and can also lead to bad things. I feel that it is good to get your anger out. The trick is to do it in a way that it does not seriously harm someone
