High Heels

the reason i think because usually men tend to be taller! there was a time in history when shorter men used to wear high heels shoes. i don't know if there are still some who do that!:)

Well high heels do two specific things. They make a woman look taller, and they lift the butt to make it look firmer. Now men are taller (but to be fair plenty of men put lifts in their shoes to increase their height) already so that is not a need to be filled. Andmen don't generally put as much effort into their appearance so we don't care as much what our butts look like (luckily mine is still great, it's all my other body parts that need a lift, particularly my hairline).
