Judges good and bad...

A country is no more free than the freedoms provided by its judiciary. If the judiciary is biased and controlled it is easy to cover up the truth and if lies prevail in the judiciary civil unrest will follow. I can show many examples of the failures of judges in my own local community to fail to enforce or act appropriately for the sake of the community that they serve. If judges in the local community are corrupt so to are the judges in the federal community. If crimes while reported but not recorded are allowed to be supressed just to make the community look like a good community free of crime then a lie is being allowed to prevail in the community. I know of several people who have been the victims of bad judicial review the judges have created the problem. An administration that can control the judiciary has taken two parts of the three branches of government and protected themselves from the balance of power and this violates constitutional law. The American government was established to protect America from having a tyrant and a killer. If a criminal orders a person to pull the trigger on any victim then the one giving orders is also an extension of the device triggered. The true motive is always known, greed and power lead to dispicable acts of violence and restricts good people from attaining all that they could be. I know, I've been the victim of abuse for a long, long time... I know that others also know what I know, together we can work together to stop the abuse. Look around you, Look and see, Take time to make time, make time to be there and know, the world can grow and we can all live together in peace... We can fix what is broken.

our only hope is that the Government would take note of what is being said about it and try to turn it around. And Judges are appointed not elected in so they can be removed. We have a judge now getting her court day if for sleeping thru most of the testamonys . I dont think If I was a lawyer that I would have continued on with this kind of judge. but as they say all lawyers are liars. and they and the judges can twist things around so badly that most people dont get what they deserve or not deserve. also think if the law makers consontrated more on securing our borders as they do on people smoking they might get some where!

I have my case of a distracted or abusive judiciary it is far from fair, and violates our Constitutional rights. Both the judiciary and the law enforcement aspect have to work better. The congress needs to make the right laws for immigrants and to protect the public. Smoking, is another issue, as a non-smoker I can live without it, I would love if everyone quit smoking, that is a dream... Having a choice is good, if I want to sit in a smoke free section I should be able to find a place that accomodates my desires. ;)

As fo r the smoking thing all places have smoking and none smoking section and most have bee seperated by a wall and far away from the smokers but now the law they put in is hurting the little bars around town IF they have any kind of eating in their place and Kids are to be in there any way . they worded the 2 laws on the vote that even the bar owners thought that No 5 was the way to go and they said to go thius way then now the law has past the little guy is getting beat up by this stupid lie. law.

There could be a revolt, what if money wasn't worth the paper it was written on, suppose a new system was available and leveled the playing field? The Upper Class would be just like the poor and middle... That too is a dream, equality and freedom for everyone.

Any countries judiciary system should be that high and respected than any other thing but unfortunately everybody is facing problems in this and loopholes will be there everywhere but shouldnot be more than a limit for sure isn't it? we respect law and law should maintain it's dignity and judgement system should be given top priority

Alienstar, I think you are correct, in deed the judiciary should support the laws of the land...

If you think you have a problem, you should see Canada. Our last Liberal government (equivalent to your Democrats) appointed several judges who were to say left-wing, very liberal, pro homosexual, anti family, pro feminist, pro abortion, etc. and were not exactly given to partiality. In the cases they have preceded over, their judgments were given in favor of their preferences even though the judgment should have gone the opposite. Our judges are appointed.

There are definitely good judges and bad judges in the system. I don't see many letting criminals off the hook who deserve to be convicted, though. What I mostly see is judges going along with what the prosecutor wants regardless of whether or not the evidence supports the conviction. Our entire judicial system needs an overhaul - there are too many plea bargains to avoid trials. The prosecutors threaten the accused until they are so terrified that they accept a plea bargain for something they did not do, to avoid the horror the prosecutor is threatening them with. I would like to see our system go back to "innocent until proven guilty" and the guilty parties appropriately punished while the innocent ones go free.

Yep, we have a broken system and the innocent people should go free, unfortunately too many are like myself convicted by lies, and the liars manage to evade detection because the judges don't care.
