what in your opinoin is a good computer?

My brother has been wanting to buy us a new computer and I am trying to see what kinds are the best out there right now. My one right now is a packard and he says that I need to up grade it. I use my computer for my Avon business as well as the normal searching and discussions/ games/ printing/ so what do you think is a good one to buy? hugs
