after more than 6 months, i can now eat my favorite Pandesal (a crusty sourdough bread and most of filipinos staple breakfast) as i've perfected the recipe i've got from the internet. its realy worth all the baking i've done and after 4 failed attempt my pandesal turn out realy good! i like it to dip in my coffee lol

i'm realy craving for pandesal for breakfast, dont like the rolls my husband bought here and sawa to the max na ko sa cereals and cornflakes thats why i realy put effort to perfect my pandesal (perfect to my taste buds). thanx for the response leechamp

haha i love pandesal too! it's so convenient to have for breakfast. I usually don't have time to eat a heavy breakfast so sometimes i just end up grabbing a couple of pieces and eat it on the road.

yes i do agree with you that its so convinient to have for breakfast. thats what i did also when i'm still there in our country, passed in one bakery and then ate it even without spread lol. its so good specially when its newly baked! yummy

Yes I also like pandesal for my breakfast especially when its hot and a little bit toasted. I usually eat it with fried eggs and bacon and a cup of hot coffee. The bakery where we buy pandesal is just a few steps away from our house so we usually have our pandesal hot and freshly baked..
