Sports is an important thing in human life.No doubt if a person is engaged in playing lot of sports he will b fit but also he will b away from many diseases. It has been proved by many doctors also that if u play sports,it builds ur resistance power which protect u from many diseases also. I can personally say that i like playing many sports like cricket,volly-ball,foot-ball,tennis and chess. so i m really very fit and energetic also.
