Another stupid Tennessee law

As of July 1st Tennessee passed a law that people can no longer smoke in public buildings including a BAR!
Now I smoke. I know that smoking is harmful, but it is my choice to smoke. I am allowd to smoke in the place I work and now the government is telling MY boss that she can no longer smoke in a business she owns?
I really believe we are going back to communism.
Before you know it, they will pass a law NO DRINKING IN BARS!

I think they already done that in New York City. But one thing that i am sure, and it might sound crazier. There's some part of Bryan Park ( Near the public Library in New York ) that you are not allow to smoke. It's a park, and open air. And i think all the car and buses that pass by near that park even worse than smoking, but they still put the sign anyway.

It's nothing against smokers, they want you to stop drinking. I am a smoker too. What foolish laws. Not too many people goto the bar, drink without smoking, they go hand in hand. Michigan is trying to make it a law that you can't smoke in you home and car. Yeah right, like that's gonna happen.

I've never been a smoker and I think it's a pretty nasty habit but I also believe that it's completely insane to ban smoking in a bar. I love going to the bar and know that part of that includes coming home smelling like a used ashtray but if I'm going to an adult place then the patrons there should be allowed to do adult activities (within reason of course)
