my weight is about 200 pounds. Once I had tried to reduce it with the help of dieting and exercises. But, it is not possible for me now. I think that I should start the same practice again, but I could not arrange to start it again. How should I spare myself manage the exercises to reduce my weight?

Well I go back and forth with my weight myself. I think the major thing is portion size and time of day you eat, at least its easier to adjust to that with a busy life style. My Dr. says fill up on healthy breakfast, have fruit, cereal, whatever.. then eat lunch by 2 pm, no carbs after 2 pm. Dinner should be meat and vegetables... maybe try doing that for a while so you don't have to try too hard to "diet". I work retail, it's hard enough trying to eat decent, this has helped me lose weight.

I'm not sure if I did understand what you wrote since my english isn't that bad.. What may help is to find someone who would like to exercise too - alone it doesn't make much fun and you might think "oh well, why shall I start now, it can wait.." I've more then 200 pounds and I do what I like which means - riding bike (outside!! in nature,..). I used to ride mountain bike but that was 7 years ago. I still don't know why I stopped, I'm sure I wouldn't be the one I am now if I hadn't stopped...
