Father is mostly seen as villains in some homes and for many I think they are like protector, role model, buch of love, effection, a guide so on goes the better roles of father. My father is buch of many good qualities. Whom I respect more than any male in this world. I man with substance whom I can rely upon.

I think you got it wrong. Almost all the fathers are lovable and very kind. They behave very rudely because they knew that it is the way they can make their children go through the right path. And that is what most of our teenagers doesnot like. Teenagers are always a pain in the back because they want to be their own masters and they wont listen to elders. They want to show themselves that they had learned a lot and they have a lot of experience and they can live their life. But infact it is not.

My father is a very superstitious man. I do respect his beliefs. Somehow, often I feel that it's too much. Every decision that he made for me is based on his superstition. Which school I'm going to enter, which university I'm going to enter, when I will be travelling from college to home, etc. I ain't great to have you life planned out like that. It's like I'm not given rights to choose my own schools, my own university, and stuffs. Somehow, those can be tolerated. But there was a time when he tells me not to hang out with a certain friend because of his superstition. I think that was too much. I know, it is for my own good. If I'm not his daughter, he wouldn't care about it. It's just me. I don't like having everything decided this way. Apart from that, he's good man. Quite funny sometimes. Behaves according to his mood, I can say. Could be quite irritating if he's not in good mood. Rather old-fashioned. He's cool if only he ain't superstitious. :)
