Hi girls, i thought of sharing to you some of the things women need to avoid and maybe some applies to you and some may not, i hope you can share your thoughts too.
When monthly period arrives, 3-5 days most of the time. The thing to avoid as i observe are the following:
1. Oily food - chicken skin, pork fat, lamb (because there are women after eating these food have the tendency of vomitting) - choose vegetables, lean meat, soup base or grilled.
2. Cold products - this are very optional to selected women. There are some that says it increase the pain they feel and some say that it ease the pain. So whichever applies to you.
3. Carrying heavy loads - this i highly hope everyone is not doing.
4. Jogging - this is also selected to several women, same a#2. Walking on the other hand is very advisable because it can circulate the blood.
5. Lying down - at most women think this ease the pain. Partly it is true even i loves to lie down when my period arrives. However i realize walking occassionally helps ease the pain too. Rather than drinking pain relievers.
Hope it helps. If you have other tips do share them too. Thanks

Hi! Thanks for the advice. Whenever I have my monthly period, I try to do light exercises in order to prevent or decrease my menstrual cramps. I try to avoid drinking soda or carbonated drinks. It makes me feel more bloated. I also do not wear white pants or light colored pants specially on my heavier days. I certainly would not like blood stains on my favorite white or light colored pants.
