Tea anyone?

When I was in china I learned that there were several different kinds of teas, I forgot the kind that I ordered but it was clear like water and when served theres a small white flower at the bottom. It taste pretty good. Prior to going to China the only tea I know is Iced tea, served with ice of course LOL. So what's your favorite tea and how it is served?

I just drink iced tea but I need to start drinking more different hot teas, I hear there are many health benefits to drinking teas.
