Anyone else finding the Marina/Cyrus pairing interesting?

I really think that Marina and Cyrus make a good couple. Marina seems to go for the bad boys, but I think Cyrus could actually change for the better. If only Cyrus didn't need to Marry Alex to stay in the country. I'm kind of curious to see how this will play out. I wonder if he'll eventually call it quits with Alex hopefully sooner than later, and find another way to stay in the country. Anyone else have any thoughts on the subject?

I actually like them together too..but I find the marriage to Alex story a bummer...Come on, Alex could easily be his grandmother (especially in Guiding Light, where you give birth and three years leater your baby is fourteen!!)
I hope they get divorced in a flash!

Ha ha yeah I know. I know what you mean too the whole Leah being older than Jude gets on my nerves. It's been bugging me ever since they made her an instant teen, when she's supposed to be the same age as Oliva's daughter Emma, actually a little younger, but yeah Alex is way too old. I was hoping that they could find another way. Even marrying Marina would be much better than having him with Alex. I mean personally I wouldn't want to see the two rush into a marriage because the sooner they get married it's like it gets boring faster, but I'd much rather they married than Cyrus being married to Alex. I wonder how this will all play out.

Well, you're absolutely right...this thing that they make someone older in a flash just because they need it, regardless of the storylines, bugs me too.
I'm thinking that this marriage to Alex will last for a while, as they need to picture Marina and Cyrus as the star crossed lovers (Jammy style or something like that) in order to have a big ...bang when they get together at last.
I hope it's not so, but I can see where this is going....!
