How many hours do you spend advertising your business daily?

Last year I spent up to four hours daily at various message boards and forums advertising my business. In addition to message boards, I tried Yahoo groups and that did not work out very well. Most of the people on Yahoo groups were just interested in freebies and free opportunities, but not willing to invest any time into developing an actual business. This year, I have found much more effective and less stressful online jobs that actualy pay money without the heavy investment of time. Now, I spend less than an hour weekly advertising my business.
