Which country will you want to be?

I don't care which citizen I will be as long the goverment not corrupt and treat the people fair. and the people all wealthy enough. before,I want to be U.S citizen but since Bush become the president I don't wanna go there. I'm a moslem and a lot of people from my country went back to our hometown after the september attacked because the situation in U.S.

Currently i am a US citizen and if i was able to reincarnate i would live in the US but richer =]
