Limiting the Laser

No cat can resist a bouncing dot of light. But behaviorist Jackson Galaxy says laser toys stimulate the hunter without ever letting him succeed. He recommends following up the moving beam with another toy that will let him experience "the thrill of victory". Pet Bed City has a cute Jungle Cat Cave that comes with its own attached toy on an elastic string. Cats love it! http://www.petbedcity.com

I never heard of that. I think it's a great idea, and know my sweeties would enjoy it. Thanks for posting this with the link.

Wow, I am glad to hear this. My husband has not tried that out on our cat yet, but I will remember this. Thanks for the info.

Thanks. I know my cats enjoy a variety of toys. After a rousing game of laser tag, I always offer them one of their other toys. They like the ones with feathers, where they can "kill" it. They take it in their mouths and shake their head like their some great wild hunters. They're so funny!
