How can one move on and let go of the past?

Had there been a time in your life when you wish you could turn back things and change the decisions that you made? Do you also wonder about the could-have-beens and what-ifs? I know that I made stupid decisions and choices in the past. And I want to change them. How can one move on and let go of the past?

it's but natural to make mistakes and wished you din't do it but instead of crying over spilled milk, look ahead and try not to commit the same mistakes again.

yes...but only little things...like I did not get married so early...so I can still have more opportunities in life...hehehe but I am happy to have my family now...
